Pricing and Materials Information

Our pricing includes standard materials, such as rooster and goose feathers, as well as standard shells. However, specialty materials like tapa, rito, and specific shells such as para and paua are not included in the standard pricing. These can be incorporated into your design upon request for an additional cost.

Standard costume components include headpiece, strapless bra, titi and skirt. While customisations are welcomed, please note that bespoke requests will incur additional charges depending on the complexity and materials required.

 

White Feather and Skirt Details

Producing the colour white in skirts and long rooster feathers involves a more intricate process. While pure white short rooster and goose feathers are included in the standard pricing, long white feathers and white skirts must be specifically requested and will be subject to additional costs.

Delivery

Delivery costs aren't included in pricing. You are welcome to pick up in person if in Sydney OR source own courier company however we will do our absolute best to provide the best delivery quote according to your deadline.

 

Creation Process and Material Sourcing

The creation of each costume is a meticulous process that can take up to 48 hours of work, representing a week’s worth of labour. Additionally, the natural materials used—such as feathers, shells, and skirts/kiriau—are sourced from suppliers who require up to three weeks to prepare these items, contributing to their high cost.
